Our restaurant is located on the main floor of the Regional Hospital in Medicine Hat. We have outstanding customer service with a group of staff who work quickly and efficiently while ensuring that each cup of coffee is served with a smile. I admire the positive outlook that each of my staff have on the challenges that they encounter, and like family, they work together to come up with a solution. Our customers include hospital staff such as doctors and nurses, as well as the surrounding neighbourhood residents. We enjoy the fact that we are able to see the same customers regularly. This allows us to form relationships with our customers on a deeper level. We treat each other like family. It is an honour to serve customers who work everyday to save other people’s lives, with a cup of coffee. Our customers will be able to expect that they are greeted by friendly staff, served swiftly, and that their requested orders are accurate.
